Dům nebyl uklizen všude prach vlasy chlupy a mastnota,bazén zelený ,psány lehátka k bazénu a vana , bohužel,lehátka nejsou a místo vany plesnivá sprcha. Na schodišti padala omítka a do domu teče ze stropu a všude zvířátka.Dům není dostatečně vybaven a nejdou zamykat balkonové dveře, nefungují rolety.Dům je krásný na dobrém místě ,ale totálně vybydlený a zanedbaný.
