The ground floor offers a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a shower-room. The villa sits in a beautiful and generous garden of 1500sqm which is very secluded and private, offering very nice views of the valley below which stretches to the sea to the front of the Villa Monte Enrico.

Fences surround the property where needed and so it is in all effect child friendly, however, it should be noted that the private swimming pool although only 0.9m deep and perfect for children, has open access.
