It is located just a few metres from the beach and the promenade, where you can find a variety of terraces and restaurants, and a 15 minute drive from the historic centre.

- Spacious and cheerful living room with sofa, HD TV and circular glass dining table for four people.
- Practical and complete kitchen with all kinds of appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Terrace overlooking the pool and beach.

It is the most fashionable beach in Valencia. Just 100 metres from the flat you will find all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...
Nearby you can enjoy pleasant walks along its promenade, Malvarrosa Beach, Las Arenas Beach and even a pleasant stroll to Port Saplaya beach, the little Valencian Venice.

A bus stop (line 31), a taxi rank and a bicycle lane are just a few metres away from the flat.
