Il Giardino di Sibilla, a rustic property whose first construction dates back to 1500, is reached by driving from Vicenza for about 20 minutes towards Castelgomberto, a town located in the famous hills of Vicenza, along a green country road and ascending the ancient Contrà Fortuna.
In the Villa, you can enjoy an elegantly furnished environment with antique furniture carefully restored to be perfectly in keeping with the rustic style.
You can enjoy a panoramic view of the woods in the valley below.
The rustic property, approximately 800 square meters, is the perfect place for large families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in good company. OUTDOOR AREAS Upon your arrival at Il Giardino di Sibilla, you will be amazed by the ancient stone and rock facade that welcomes you and surrounds the covered patio and the outdoor living area by the pool.
The covered patio will be the area for dinners or lunches all together, using the two large tables and preparing barbecues on the wood and charcoal grill.
The swimming pool, overlooking the green valley, is open throughout the villa's availability period and is equipped with sun loungers and large umbrellas.
It is not heated. THE VILLA Il Giardino di Sibilla was entirely renovated a few years ago and is spread over 3 floors built at different times. GROUND FLOOR The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with a cellar, a double bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers.
Entering the villa, you are welcomed by the modern stainless steel kitchen with an induction hob, a large refrigerator, an oven, two dishwashers, and all the necessary accessories for preparing lunches and dinners for all guests.
Near the kitchen, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.
Behind the kitchen, you will enter the stone cellar, the oldest part and original heart of the villa, with a large, non-usable fireplace.
Accessing via a second entrance, you will find a double bedroom that opens directly onto the outdoor area, and a full bathroom with a shower.
This bedroom is equipped with a safe. FIRST FLOOR The first floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a dining room.
On the first floor, you will find a second complete kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and accessories, which can be conveniently used by guests sleeping on this floor.
A dining room with a large table can accommodate you if you prefer not to dine or have lunch outdoors.
In the area to the right of the kitchen, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a Masterbedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the area to the left of the kitchen, you will find 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. SECOND FLOOR The second floor consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large room with a billiard table and a living area.
