THE AREA
Villa Sybille (C.I.-023086-LOC-00309) is situated about 3 km from the centre of Torri del Benaco, on a hill with a splendid panoramic view .
The Villa is located in a private and very quiet area, the last part of the road to access the house is unpaved as it is in a protected natural area.
Inside the property a covered parking area with a canopy can accommodate up to 3 cars.
CUCINA AND LIVING AREA
The Villa is on two floors.
On the first floor, which is directly accessible from the parking area, you will find a living room with a large window with a panoramic view of the lake and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker.
The living room is equipped with a table, a sofa and a large SMART-TV and, through the French window, connected to a covered panoramic terrace along two sides of the property, an ideal place to relax and organise dinners with friends and family with a breathtaking view.
This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.
NIGHT AREA
A staircase leads to the sleeping area below, comprising a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and two bedrooms with single beds, and a further bathroom with shower.
Three of the four rooms have air conditioning.
The sleeping area is connected to the utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Exterior areas of the property have video surveillance cameras. The images are not subject to recording.
OUTER AREAS
A second living room overlooks the focal point of the villa: the large infinity pool on the belvedere complete with deckchairs and parasols to provide our guests with complete relaxation by the pool.
The living room is furnished with a large leather sofa, an additional fridge complete with freezer and a bathroom with shower that serves the pool.
To complete the residence we find a second dining table at the rear of the house and a BBQ grill where you can organise barbecues with friends and family.
The pool is unheated and is open from 20.04 to 15.10

Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.
Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of Italy's largest lake.
Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling tours or by using the rotating cable car to Monte Baldo.
The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are about 30 km away.
Verona is 35 km away and Venice 160 km.

The accommodation is ideal for 6 people. Pool is excellent and the pool room is ideal for days by the pool. Having a fridge/freezer in this room is brilliant. The balcony is the highlight. We loved being there in the evenings at sunset time for our meals.
