Alloggio con grandi potenzialità ottima vista ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato.
Le camere da letto sono nel seminterrato per cui lo scarso ricambio d’aria rende gli ambienti molto umidi
L’oscuramento nella camera da letto matrimoniale è nullo , abbiamo dovuto dormire con le mascherine oscuran...

Secondo anno a Sa Casitta, proprietario e assistente in loco molto disponibili e gentili, quest'anno (lo scorso no) abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata (in generale ha fatto più caldo ed a differenza dello scorso anno era caldo umido)

La terrazza con vista è la parte che mi è piaciuta di più
Non ha finestre apribili ma solo porte finestre che di notte, per sicurezza, devono essere restare chiuse impedendo così un ricambio di aria.
