Two-family house with beautiful private garden in Principina a Mare, 500 m from the sea (the other apartment is occupied from time to time by the owner).
Principina a Mare is a vacation resort in the Natural Park of Maremma and has equipped beaches and grocery stores, pharmacy, bike rental, riding arena, swimming pool and tennis courts open all summer.
Distances: 500 m from the sea, Castiglione della Pescaia (stores of all kinds) and Grosseto 15 km, the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle 20 km, Massa Marittima 60 km, the thermal baths of Saturnia 75 km.

Garten und Umgebung sehr schön. Das Haus leider sehr dreckig, schlecht und lieblos unterhalten (Küche fällt fast auseinander). W lan hat in der zweiten Woche nicht funktioniert. Recht teuer für die Leistung.

an einigen Tagen Militärflugzeuge/sehr laute Düsenjets bis spät abends am Himmel (Grosseto hat einen Militärflughafen), WLAN im Haus war schlecht
