Der Pool ist mehr als gut und ausreichend. Was ebenfalls gut ist das man relativ Zentral ist und schnell zum Strand, Pula und Medulin kommt. Wie auch zum Einkaufen. Es waren zudem noch kleine Schildkröten Vorort die waren das Highlight für die Kinder.
Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind zusammen Gewürfelt und Teilweise kaputt und sehr alt. 1 Klimaanlage ging leider immer wieder auf Störung. Was zudem sehr Schade ist das nirgendwo erwähnt wird das Flugverkehr über dem Haus ist. Die Flieger sind sehr tief dadurch natürlich laut. Das ist uns aber nur morgens aufgefallen da wir Tagsüber immer unterwegs waren.
