This beautiful and modernly designed holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in the small town of Stöcklweingarten in the municipality of Treffen in Carinthia, near the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area and offers a wonderful view of the popular Ossiacher See.
The holiday apartment has a large living room, an open fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony with a view of Lake Ossiach, two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Due to the hillside location on a mountain, this holiday apartment, which is on the first floor, also offers a garden. You can park directly in the carport and there is also a storage room for skis.
Stöcklweingarten is part of the municipality of Treffen am Ossiacher See and is located at the transition from the Gegendtal to the Villach Basin and offers two hiking paradises in the heart of Carinthia with the Gerlitzen Alpe and Verditz adventure mountains.
Due to its fantastic location near Lake Ossiach, Stöcklweingarten is an ideal summer destination. The lake is a few minutes' walk from the house and there are several lidos in the area. From the balcony there is a wonderful view over the lake. The location also makes trips to Italy and Slovenia possible.
The location is also perfect in winter! Only 2500 meters from the Kanzelbahn gondola to the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with almost 70 kilometers of slopes, you can quickly reach the beautiful ski slopes of Carinthia.
Directly in Stöcklweingarten and the surrounding area there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und natürlich der Ausblick auf den See traumhaft. Man ist sehr schnell überall und auch die Seebäder sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider führt die Hauptstraße (80iger-Zone!!) direkt unterhalb des Hauses entlang. Im Sommer, wenn man auf geöffnete Fenster angewiesen ist, super laut. Ab 04:30 gehts los und dann wird man von den Autos geweckt.
