The former convent extends over three levels with various exits to the outside.
Natural stone floors and walls are part of the character of the house, as are the open fireplaces, various staircases, arches, niches and the magnificent views.
Each room is individually and tastefully furnished.
The bedroom on the 2nd floor with sofa bed and single bed is a walk-through room.
The house is surrounded by various terraces and seating areas under shady old trees.
Directly below the living area is the pool on a panoramic terrace with gazebo and frigo bar.
Also at your disposal: barbecue, table tennis and volleyball court.
Ideal for switching off and relaxing! There are also numerous worthwhile excursion destinations from here: Castiglion Fiorentino 6 km, Cortona and Arezzo approx. 16 km, Montepulciano 35 km, Pienza 40 km, Lake Trasimeno 30 km.

Super Aufenthalt, exklusive und besondere Lage. Für die Anfahrt ist etwas mehr Bodenfreiheit nötig und die Küche ist etwas klein. Aber diese Abzüge macht man für so ein besonderes Ferienhaus gerne. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls äußerst zuvorkommend und unkompliziert!

Wir hatten mit drei Familien eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Leonardo. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend, das Haus sehr schön und großzügig. Wir haben Leonardos Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen und viele Tipps von ihm für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber der Blick auf Castiglion dann unbezahlbar schön.

Et ganske fantastisk sted: Skøn, skøn udsigt. Gode værelser med bad. Gode fællesarealer både ude og inde.
Dog et for lille køkken.
Tilkørselsforholdene: Det gik, men stejlt og snævert.
Værten var særdeles imødekommende og serviceminded.
Dejligt med swimmingpool med overdækket areal, hvor man kunne være i skygge.
Vi tager gerne dertil igen.
