This vacation home with adjoining small tower in typical Umbrian style is located near Monte Umbertide and only 37 km from Lake Trasimeno and 45 km from Perugia.
The property is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position and offers a pool, jacuzzi, large covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, barbecue and stone oven and multi-field (mini soccer / tennis). From the terrace and the pool below you can enjoy a very beautiful view over the valley.
