Vacation apartment with small balcony in the municipality of Lazise on Lake Garda.
The apartment is on the 1st (and last) floor and access is via an external staircase in common with another apartment (IVG194).
Access is via a service road.
The beach is only 250 meters away and access to the beach is via a private fenced walkway to which you will receive the key.
Those of you who are well on foot can also walk along the beaches to the center of the village.
At a distance of about 3 km you will find the famous amusement parks of Lake Garda.
Ideal location for visiting the cities of Verona (25 km), Vicenza (80 km) and Venice (140 km).

Very clean appartment near to the lake with a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen has all you need for a pleasant holiday. The appartment is located in a quiet surrounding, 500 m to the lake and to Lazise you will take about 20/25 minutes on foot. The parking space is on the property and the WIFI works very well.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, für einen Urlaub zu zweit, aber für vier Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein.
Kücheneinrichtung ausreichend, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Super Lage, die Städte Lazise und Peschiera del Garda sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Schöner Blick auf den See und Dank des Privatweges ist man schnell und problemlos am See.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell an den Strand und kann auch zu Fuß nach Lazise gehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch war das Bett ein bisschen unbequem und es dauert sehr lange bis man warmes Wasser hat. Würde es trotzdem weiterempfehlen!
