This modern villa built in typical Dalmatian style is located in the village of Kremena and is the right choice for a relaxing holiday.
The house is spread over two floors, which are connected by an internal spiral staircase and an external staircase.
On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen and dining room as well as a toilet and a bathroom with shower.
There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
The beautiful, large terrace with pool and great panoramic views of the sea makes the holiday perfect.
Next to the house there is also a children's playground and a covered terrace with barbecue.
The pebble and rocky beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
We recommend day trips to Dubrovnik and Korula, which offer a rich cultural programme.

Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist fantastisch aber recht abgelegen und ohne Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.Wir haben hier mit Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Vores familie har haft en dejlig ferie i det skønne hus. Det ligger fantastisk smukt, hvilket vi virkelig har nydt.
Eneste små minusser var, at lyset i poolen ikke virkede, der manglede en saks, vinoplukkeren var defekt og naboen var igang med et større byggeprojekt.
Ellers var alt skønt og rent 😊
