Choose this spacious apartment, located directly on the beautiful sandy beach.
Take the lift to the ground floor, cross the small coastal road and you're on your way to the sea! The lounge and one of the bedrooms have a direct sea view. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying the sea breeze on the two sun loungers. Public transport, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are all close by.
Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with a special deposit.
The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children. Take a stroll along the beach promenade or cycle along the cycle path along the sea to the neighbouring town of Alcudia. Various water sports equipment is available for hire. A trip to the Formentor peninsula is highly recommended.

Het zwembad, de vrijheid en de veranda.
De bedden waren aan de harde kant.

Het was een heerlijk huis met alle rust van het platteland maar muro en alcudia om de hoek. Heel erg privé met een heerlijk groot opzet zwembad waar we heel veel in gelegen hebben! S’avonds heerlijk nazomeren onder de overkapping met een drankje en genieten van de rust en krekels. Een super lieve gastvrouw die altijd voor je klaarstaat echt een top tijd gehad en komen zeker terug !

Die Lage und der Aussen Bereich. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Ländlich
Erdgeschoss sehr zugestellt. Entspricht nicht den Bildern. Küchenausstattung Geschirr nicht so gut. Z. B. Schüsseln, Kochlöffel.
Pool der Einstieg ist nicht gut. Würde den Pool versenken um 1.5 Meter.
