This impressive converted farmhouse was built in the late eighteenth century and is located just 4 km from Montefiascone. Its strategic position on a hill offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding green hills, the Cathedral and Viterbo.
The house has been renovated although the original grandeur and features are still very much present. The house is decorated with a vast selection of antiques as well as rustic Italian furniture.
This large home offers various reception rooms and dining areas plus no less than seven bedrooms and bathrooms. The house equally offers a large patio with a wood-burning stove and barbecue where guests will be able to dine al fresco.

In Orvieto (30 km) you can admire a magnificent gothic cathedral. The Tyrrhenian Sea and Tuscany are 40 km from the house, the fascinating Eternal City of Rome 80 km.

Die ruhige Lage im Olivenhain. Super Pool, vollständig eingerichtete Küche, genügend Aufenthaltsräume und Sitzplätze zum Verweilen.
