On the lower floor is the living room with access to the covered porch and terrace.
Nerja is a relatively quiet area in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the western part of Málaga.
Visit the famous caves of Nerja and the unique coves, which however can only be reached on foot.
Here you can enjoy the exceptional nature and the best climate in southern Spain, both in winter and summer.
Explore the beautiful coastal towns of Almeria or go skiing in the Sierra Nevada near Granada.

The house is situated near to the coast. More than all necessary faciltiesfor running the household are avaliable. The pool offers decent refreshment at 26 degrees temperature. Price-performance ratio is verygood.Location is truly to be recommended.
