This well-kept estate on the hills above the town of Pescia offers a relaxing vacation.
ITP226 is a charming semi-detached house, the other part is occupied by the nice homeowner.
Everyone here has their own private garden area with seating, the shared pool is beautifully located and a bit hidden behind the house and offers you a beautiful view of the valley.
We recommend you to visit the nearby beautiful towns of Collodi, Lucca and Pistoia.
Lucca was already an important city under the Etruscans and was incorporated into the Roman Empire in 180 BC.
Collodi, a quiet village in the mountains, became famous thanks to the author of the children's book Pinocchio, who named himself after the village.
A visit to the park is a special treat for all Pinocchio fans.
In Pistoia you can find shade and cooling in the arcades of the impressive Piazza del Duomo, and be close to the ancient history of this city.

Absolut fantastisk sted! Alex og hans familie var exceptionelle gode værter. Venlige og imødekommende. Fik hver dag små overraskelser… vin, frugter, grøntsager, kager mv. kæmpe have med lækker pool. Dejlige terrasser med skygge, smukke blomster og planter. Fantastisk udsigt. Vi elskede det og kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette autentiske sted.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en helpt je waar nodig is. Het is superschoon, heel ruim, mooie tuin met verschillende zitplekjes en fijne bedden. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan.. Een opmerking zou zijn dat de 2 slaapkamers naast elkaar gehorig zijn omdat het plafonds niet dicht zijn.

Alessio is a very pleasant host, present and discret, we needed help for a reparation of the car and Alessio came nicely with us. The house is very confortable for a family oder for several couples.
The garden is well equipped (several place for dinner) and the pool offers a beautiful view of the valley.
