Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Wohnhauses war klein und gemütlich, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unmittelbare Lage zu Kufstein und die Aussicht auf die Berge waren hervorragend.
Die Einliegerwohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein unangenehmer Geruch zog sich durch das Haus.

Voordeel: te voet naar de Thiersee.
Nadeel: de tegenoverliggende bundesstrasse geeft best wel lawaai
