It belongs to a small group of independent houses in the middle of the countryside with woods, but is only 25 km from Florence, 45 km from Arezzo and 50 km from Siena.
Beautiful walks are nearby and there is also a renowned outlet of the most famous Italian fashion designers 12 km away.
Equipped garden with sunshade and barbecue.
On request it is possible to organize a cook in the house.
The water in the house is not drinkable, but can be used for personal hygiene and cooking.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, toller Pool, schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter . Sehr ruhig gelegen. Gute Nähe zu Florenz und direkt in der le balze. Leonardo lässt grüßen.
Empfehlung: am Abend eine Flasche Brunello genießen und Mückenspray bereithalten.

Vermieter sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und bemüht !! Als Katzenallergiker war der Aufenthalt sehr mühsam, da 8 Katzen auf dem Grundstück leben und versorgt werden. Eine
Trennung zu unserem Haus war nicht möglich.
Das Internet war nur fraktioniert benutzbar wegen schlechter Verbindung. Kein deutsches Fernsehen.
Ansonsten haben wir (4) uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

De eigenaars zijn zeer lief, behulpzaam en erg gastvrij. Een mooi verblijf in een afgelegen omgeving ver van het straatlawaai. Niet het klassieke vergezicht op wijnvelden maar wel koeler door de bosomgeving en iets hoger gelegen een beetje rare, maar wel mooie, zandbergen. Laat je niet afschrikken door het laatste stukje weg, (wel verhard maar veel stof en steentjes). Het loont de moeite!
