My modern studio is ideally located in the centre of Los Cristianos just 100m from the Church Square and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, banks, pharmacies etc and approximately 200m from the harbour where you can take boat trips to visit other islands in this fabulous archipelago.

The studio apartment itself is situated on the third floor in a lovely residential complex which is composed of only 9 units!

It receives sun from the earliest hours of the day till late and it was completely refurbished in September 2017.

The kitchen has every appliance you need for a comfortable stay together with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster etc.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and a washing machine.

Also it has a very comfortable sofa bed that has a mattress of 18 cm thick.

Having a cup of tea while watching the ocean is one of those beautiful moments that you will recall and that will not make you regret your choice.

The block has a lift, and the satellite television offer you an abundance of TV channels, including UK TV channels.

We also provide a free 300 Mgbyte Symmetric Optical Fibre which allow to navigate with the fastest connection on the Island.

The beaches located off the promenade provide water sports such as kayaking, pedalos, parasailing, paddle boarding, scuba diving etc.

There is also a bus stop nearby where you can also pick up excursion buses for trips to other attractions on the Island.

The closest supermarket is only 20 meters away from the block and pharmacies, banks, petrol stations within 2 minutes walking away.

The central bus station of Los Cristianos remains only 200 meters away and from here you can take a bus to any destination of the island and to the airports.

The Police station is only 50 meters away from the apartment so the whole area is really secure.

Resuming my studio apartment represent the perfect choice for all those want to have a comfortable stay without encountering unpleasant experiences!

Bookings made before October 30th 2020 will have to pay the cost of final cleaning (35.00 euros) in cash upon arrival. Bookings made after this date will instead be able to pay this cost using the credit card, when paying the balance.Please note that due to the particular situation we are all living the whole apartment is disinfected, bed linens and towels are esteriled every turn over of guests!

We will provide a free change of sheets and towels to all guests staying longer than 7 nights.

Please be aware that, according to BOC decree a-2020-233-4265 of 12 November 2020, all tourists will have to provide a negative diagnostic test for COVID-19. This test will be valid only if carried out no more than 72 hours before arrival. The same decree specifies that a quick test is valid and the cost should not exceed 40 euros.

We are aware that this is a small additional cost to be incurred and for this reason we have decided to lower the cost of the stay for the entire period in which the decree will be in force, thus fully or partially assuming the cost of the test, while maintaining the same quality of the service provided to date.
