APTO MILLET is a beautiful flat with capacity for 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor of a two-storey building without lift. It has a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a balcony with beautiful sea views. Its spacious and bright interior will make your stay very pleasant. One of its greatest charms is its location as it is 1.5 km from the beach and very close to all amenities.
Pineda de mar is certified as a family tourism destination, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a peaceful setting. Its long, wide beach offers a wide variety of cafés, terraces and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean food. There are a large number of green squares and children's playgrounds that make it a privileged place to enjoy your family holidays. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the whole of the Costa del Maresme, making it easy to get around if you don't want to use your car. There is also a tourist train that can take you on a pleasant trip around the town of Pineda de mar and the surrounding area.

- CHECK-IN Information Service Dear customer, Home Holidays Rentals would like to facilitate your arrival outside the scheduled office hours for handing over the keys of your holiday home. We offer you the following options
1-Direct check-in to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Check-in outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.
- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the amount of deposit it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the reservation and the occupants of the same.
- Online check-in is mandatory to make the delivery of the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory.
- The booking includes towels, sheets and cleaning service.
- Bookings of less than 3 days will have to pay an increase of 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.
- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
