Surrounded by olive trees and a large vegetable garden, this holiday home in Rongolise di Sessa Au. invites you to spend time by its private pool. The 42 m² pool is not overlooked and is open from mid-May to mid-September. Garden furniture, outdoor toys and an outdoor shower add to the pleasures of time outside. One of the terraces offers a beautiful panorama, and the property also has water and mountain views. You can sample seasonal produce from the vegetable garden.
The 330 m² home spans the ground and first floors and accommodates 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Four bedrooms each have a double bed, while the fifth has 2 single beds. A cot and high chair are provided.
The kitchen makes shared meals easy, with a cooker, microwave and dishwasher to help with preparation and clearing up. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning throughout the house and a fireplace add to the comforts of your stay.
The beaches of Baia Domizia are 15 km away, and those of Marina di Minturno are 20 km away. For a change of scene, visit Caserta and its Royal Palace, 46 km away, or Gaeta, 35 km away, near the 11th-century sanctuary of Montagna Spaccata. A bar is approximately 200 m away in a straight line.

Eine traumhaft schöne Lage,
das Ferienhaus ist toll. Die Aussicht nicht zu topen. Einzelne Geschirrteile haben Macken, sowie die Außenmöbel am Pool. Trotzdem-gerne wieder. Uns haben die bellenden Hunde nicht gestört. Wir waren selbst mit zwei Hunden vor Ort. Der Pool war für alle ganz toll.

Traumhafter Ausblick. Leider etwas weit vom Meer. Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool. Das Haus ist sauber, aufgeräumt und gut ausgestattet. Die betten sind bequem. Die Gartenmöbel waren nicht ganz so wie beschrieben aber dennoch gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Mycket fint och härligt läge ! Mysigt med den lilla byn så nära ! Bra utrustat hus. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Enda negativa var att det var lite omständigt med betalning för el och städning, borde ingå i priset !
