The romantic finca with a total area of 7000 square meters is located in a totally private way between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet. Here you can feel the absolute tranquillity. Pollensa is about 6 km away and there are supermarkets, restaurants and more shopping possibilities a bit closer, in Sa Pobla or Campanet.


To the beach of Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa it is about 8 km, there kilometres of white sandy beaches await you.



The country house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. There is a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. In the combined living-dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. There are also comfortable sofas for relaxing in the evenings. There is a TV with DVD/CD player, and an internet connection has also been installed. The house's electricity is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof.

In front of the finca is a partly covered terrace with several comfortable seating areas. From here you have a great view of the large pool with the high quality sun loungers and the mountains in the background. In the well-kept garden you will find many Mediterranean plants and trees. For social evenings there is an outdoor barbecue.
