Beautiful finca with a pool for 4 people at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The romantic finca, with a total area of 7000 square meters, is situated in complete privacy between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet.
Here you can experience absolute tranquility.
Pollensa is about 6 km away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and more shopping opportunities are a bit closer in Sa Pobla or Campanet.
The sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa are about 8 km away, where kilometers of white sand beaches await you. The country house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds.
There is one bathroom equipped with a shower.
In the combined living and dining area, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table.
There are also comfortable sofas for relaxing in the evenings.
A television with a DVD/CD player is available, and an internet connection has also been installed.
The electricity for the house is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof. In front of the finca, there is a partially covered terrace with various comfortable seating areas.
From here, you have a great view of the large swimming pool with high-quality sun loungers and the mountains in the background.

The pool, the birds, the flowers, the locación. Comfortable and relaxing.
Well, there were lots of bikes on the road, but we quite enjoyed them. Mallorca in April!
