This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany and is in a very quiet area.
Here you are far from mass tourism and can especially find the peace and relaxation you need on your well-deserved vacation.
The country house has 120 square meters of living space in 3 lovingly furnished rooms.
One is equipped with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds.
The two bathrooms have a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities.
The cozy and bright living room invites you to linger.
Satellite/cable TV as well as Internet/WLAN are also available for your well-deserved vacation (FIBER OPTIC).
There is a fireplace for cold winter days. The perfectly maintained outdoor area is simply fantastic.
The lovingly furnished rest and seating areas offer unforgettable views and moments on your well-deserved vacation days.
There is a large outdoor barbecue and plenty of space for shared barbecue evenings. The large pool (9x4m) is integrated into the terrace, and comfortable sun loungers are provided.
There is also a ping-pong table at your disposal. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
Some portals do not charge it; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kWh/day/person). - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an ID document is required from all guests before entering the house. - Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance. Das Haus ist im typischen mallorquinischen Style eingerichtet und sehr schön. Die Außenanlage mit Pool war wunderschön und gepflegt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders freundlich waren unsere Vermieter, wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, sie haben immer nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Finca. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Grundsätzlich war es auch sauber. Nur eine Sache, die uns gestört hat - in den alten Möbeln hat es sehr muffig gerochen.

We enjoyed our stay a lot in this beautiful house. The owners are really nice and even surprised us with a cake. We were a little bit unfortunate with the weather as it was quite chilly but the house was even prepared for that. We loved it!
