The house welcomes you on the ground floor with a very comfortable living room and living-dining area, in rustic Majorcan style with high-quality decoration.
The separate kitchen with a ceramic hob is well-equipped, alongside the spacious dining room.
One bedroom, a laundry room, and a bathroom are on the ground floor; the others are on the first floor.
In the outdoor area, you will find several delightful terraces and charming corners: a chill-out area, a covered corner with sofas and a coffee table, a tea table, ... on another part of the house, there is the pool, barbecue, and a large table to enjoy pleasant company.

We wanted a Finca with nice looking outside areas with a good view - we got that. We like to cook - the kitchen has a good selection of most things a cook would want (knives pots pan etc) and some basics, salt pepper, oil...Gin. A stove and oven that works. Walking distance to very good restaurants. We got all of that.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Finca. Es war außerordentlich sauber, die Finca und die Umgebung waren sehr schön und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen!
