We will assist you with everything you need, including reception and key handover, recommending nice restaurants and leisure spots, and any other needs that may arise. It is a quiet area with beautiful detached houses, large landscaped squares, and is very well connected for walking to Playa de los Locos for seaside strolls. As it is in a development entirely of villas, it is very quiet, yet within a 10-minute walk, you have all the services. A car is not needed to go to the city center; from there, you can take a bus to Alicante, Murcia, or any city, airport, or train station.
It has parking for several cars. If you are pet lovers, you can bring them with you. A quiet neighborhood, but close to leisure, fashion, and dining areas.
It is also just 10 minutes from the beach. Walking, cycling, or ideally renting a car is recommended, although you can do everything on foot.
