Chalet Gabelli is a charming Mallorcan villa with mountain views. Great use has been made of local stone and designs. The cottage style chalet, which is all on one level, is bright and offers good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colours.



The entrance to the chalet is directly into the lounge and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment you may need on your holiday. Chalet Gabelli enjoys unlimited wireless internet access.



At the end of the hallway is a light and airy double bedroom and an equally light double bedroom, both of which have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.



From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by the porch for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbecue house built in local stone. There is an outside utility room with shower / WC.




From here there are views towards Tramuntana Natural World Heritage. The mountains form a nice backdrop to the villa and at the front of the property you can see the old building of the Finca de Gabelli Gran.



Chalet Gabelli is situated on a large plot partly covered by hedges, plants and shrubs. There are also pretty flowerbeds with fences around the perimeter.



Situated in a large area with a mountain backdrop and surrounding points of interest such as the Campanet caves, the Ufanes water fountains and the chapel of Sant Miquel, one of the oldest in Mallorca. Agroturismo Monnaber Nou is close to Chalet Gabelli and offers a restaurant with amazing views.



Chalet Gabelli is located in Campanet, a cosy little town on top of a small hill. Just a few minutes drive from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with cosy atmospheres and folklore. On any Tuesday, you could visit its open air market and find fresh farm produce.



There is a large supermarket and grocery store located within a 10 minute drive.



In a fabulous location, 18 minutes drive from other towns such as the old town of Pollença or the beach of Puerto Alcudia, you need to use the car to move around freely and make the most of your stay, as there is so much more to explore around Chalet Gabelli.
