Chalet Alqueria Alt is a charming Majorcan villa with mountain views, located a short distance from the cafes and restaurants of Campanet and a short drive from the beach.
The chalet, decorated with local designs and elements, offers a traditional style and is spread over two levels, providing spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment you might need during your holiday.
There is also a single room with a pull-out bed for a second person and a full bathroom.
Enjoy free unlimited WIFI throughout your stay. On the first floor, there is a bright double bedroom and an equally bright bedroom with two single beds, sharing a bathroom in between.
In addition, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and excellent views towards the pool and the mountains. All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of day or night, for your maximum comfort. From the kitchen, doors open onto the north-facing front terrace, partially covered by a porch, ideal for al fresco dining.
A large wooden table is available, close to the pool for sunbathing.
There is also a house built in local stone in which you can cook on your barbecue. You will enjoy views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Relax by the pool and on the sun lounger area, with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop.
The chalet is situated on a large plot, partially protected by hedges, plants, and shrubs. The villa is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre of the old town of Campanet, a small and welcoming hilltop village.
In this picturesque village, you will find a wide variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars, and many typical shops with welcoming atmospheres and folklore.
On Tuesdays, you can visit its open-air market and find fresh agricultural produce. Other points of interest in the town include the Campanet Caves, the natural springs of Ufanes, and the chapel of Sant Miquel, one of the oldest in Mallorca.
The Agroturismo Monnaber Nou, near the chalet, offers a restaurant with incredible views. A large supermarket is located a 10-minute drive away. The old town of Pollensa and the beach of Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby places, located a 20-minute drive away.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also at the same distance. This chalet is perfect for those who do not wish to drive at all times, thanks to the proximity of Campanet and its centre.
However, a car is recommended for those who wish to explore further, as there is much to discover in the surroundings of Chalet Alqueria Alt. * * * * * Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking.
The tourist tax is included in the online price. For each confirmed booking, a guide with information about the local area and recommendations is provided so you can get the most out of your holiday. If you have any questions or require assistance, we will always be attentive and fully willing to help you. This chalet can accommodate babies.
It has two cots and two high chairs, available at no extra cost.
More can be placed upon request. Our calendar is always 100% up-to-date, so if your desired dates are available, we invite you to book!
