On the ground floor you will find a spacious and cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere even on cooler days.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table, which forms the centrepiece of the room and brings everyone together, are also integrated.
From the living room, you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden with terrace.
Here you can relax and spend time together over breakfast or an evening barbecue.

A staircase leads to the upper floor with its sloping roof.

Wunderschönes Reddachhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schönem großen Grundstück. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil, es gab so viel Geschirr wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Auch an warmen Tagen war es schön kühl. Wir haben den Garten genossen mit Liegen und Strandkorb. Alles super. Dankeschön

Schönes FH mit Carport, großer Terrasse und großem Grundstück in FH Siedlung. Gute Aussattung in gutem Zustand. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Lediglich die Musikanlage konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil für den Radioempfang keine Antenne vorhanden war und das CD Fach klemmte.
Negativ: Die hohen Energiepreise für Gas, Strom und Wasser/Abwasser.

Sehr schönes Haus,mit ausreichend Platz.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene u 2 Hunde.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet.In den warmen Monaten,bestimmt toll,aber im Herbst würden wir nicht mehr hinfahren.Das hat jedoch nichts mit dem Haus zu tun.
