POSITION:
The seafront villa in Torre Santa Sabina is located 10 km from Ostuni, on the Adriatic coast. Newly built and 600 metres from the centre in a quiet location. In the centre you will find numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The property is located in a residential area with charming villas with gardens.

DESCRIPTION:
The villa is divided into two levels. On the ground floor is the living area with 2 single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the sleeping areas. Consisting of a bathroom with bathtub, two cosy bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with two single beds. From the bedroom there is access to a terrace.
Outside there is a furnished veranda with tables and chairs to dine outdoors.
Four-legged friends are welcome.

Torre Santa Sabina:
Small fishing village famous for its promenade and long sandy beaches alternating with smaller bays and emerald green clear shallow water and above all for its restaurants right by the sea.
In the centre you will find a small quaint fishing port where the boats of the local fishermen are moored and where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman.
Shopping facilities: Supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, newsagents, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, pubs, pizzerias and several other shops are on site.
