If you appreciate a relaxing holiday away from the crowds, this holiday home is the right choice!
Spend your holiday in the small Istrian village of Erie near the town of Labin in this beautiful stone holiday home with pool. The rustic-style house is beautifully and tastefully furnished and offers you all modern comforts. It has two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the ground floor.
The highlight of this house is the spacious, covered terrace in front of the house, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue dinner. Refresh yourself from the summer heat in the pool, while the children can play on the spacious, fenced plot. A hot tub for 5 people rounds off the holiday pleasure.
You can sample local specialities at the nearby agriturismo. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the tourist pearl Rabac with numerous restaurants, souvenir shops and cafés. There are also beautiful beaches in Rabac where you can try out various water sports such as kayaking, surfing, parasailing, stand-up paddling or diving. The old town centre of Labin is ideal for enjoying the evening and discovering many galleries and sights.

The host was very interested. If there is any need, the owner provides a very quick solution. The house was very clean and we were very pleased. It was also a very kind gesture of the host to celebrate my daughter's birthday and give her a gift.Thank you for all.
