Spacious, comfortable vacation home with well-kept furnishings in a quiet hilly location, about 10 km from Terni.
In front of the living area (seating areas, TV room with large screen) and around the house extend spacious covered terraces and from everywhere you can enjoy a great view over the typical hilly landscape of Umbria.
You will surely enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen of your vacation home: For this purpose, get the local ingredients and drinks such as the local country wine, extra virgin olive oil, porcini mushrooms and truffles.
About 70 meters below the house on the spacious property is the pool with its sun terraces.
Here you can relax and unwind after your interesting day trips.
Worthwhile excursions are the nearby medieval town of Stroncone, the characteristic towns of Spoleto and Rieti, Lake Piediluco (rafting) and the impressive waterfalls "Cascata delle Marmore".

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Es bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie oder Gruppe. Der Pool hat uns gut gefallen und es ist viel Platz dort zu entspannen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort. Der Anfahrtsweg ist allerdings abenteuerlich und nicht asphaltiert.

Prachtige villa met een super zwembad. Alle comfort en spullen aanwezig. Wij waren er met 14 volwassenen - genoeg ruimte om te relaxen en vakantie te vieren. Wij komen graag terug. Prima service via Novasol en de verhuurder Giuseppe is goed bereikbaar.

Smukt feriehus i skønne omgivelser. Virkelig dejligt poolområde og gode overdækkede terrasser ved huset. Der manglede fans/blæsere på et par af værelserne, men udlejeren kom med flere, da vi kontaktede ham.
