Very nice, quiet, elevated position above a large valley, surrounded by an oak grove.
Each apartment has a private outdoor area.
The swimming pool with a large sun terrace, with fantastic views, is shared with, among others, the guests of a barn located at the entrance of the property, which sleeps 2.
Good possibilities for nice walks.
Medium comfort furnishings. 3 km Pianello (groceries), 6 km Valfabbrica (stores of all kinds), 19 km Assisi, 20 km Perugia, 30 km Gubbio, 45 km Lake Trasimeno.

Het huis was zeer ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Naast het huis heb je je eigen zitje met parasol. In de buurt liggen veel mooie plaatsen zoals Perugia, Assisi en Gubbio. En we hebben een bootje gehuurd op het meer van Trasimeno. Een week was eigenlijk te kort.
In de avond had je veel last van muggen. Hierdoor kon je niet de hele avond buitenzitten.

Prachtig huis vlakbij de toeristische plaatsen als Perugia, Assisi en Gubbio. Het huis is heel ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en je kunt elke avond genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang. Supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. Wij missen het huis nu al!

Prima woning, goede bedden, mooi uitzicht, vriendelijke eigenaresse. Enig minpunt was het feit dat de tuinstoelen, bij terras en zwembad niet erg comfortabel zijn voor 60 plussers of mensen met rugklachten. Verder niets dan lof.
