Beautiful vacation home with pool, located a few kilometers from Tortora Marina in a dominant panoramic position (about 130 m.a.s.l.) on a wide coastal strip that stretches from the island of Dino in the south to the rocky outposts on the coast of Maratea in the north.
The house has three levels and consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large partially covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside.
From the pool and the terrace you can admire the colors of the typical Mediterranean scrub forest.
In nearby Tortora Marina you will find all necessary services, bars, restaurants and the long sandy beach that stretches for 10 km to the island of Dino.
This island is particularly charming, a real pearl on the Calabrian coast, where there are wonderful sea caves that can be visited by small boats.

Eneste klagepunkt er at de to der var kontaktpersoner ikke kunne tale andet end italiensk eller polsk - vi taler et udmærket engelsk men det kunne vi ikke bruge til noget. Alt taget i betragtning så kunne vi tage tilbage i morgen - et super dejligt område - et super dejligt hus.....

Casa bellissima e confortevole, con un patio che permette di godere di una splendida vista sul mare.Situata in una zona isolata e tranquilla, ma comunque vicina a tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno.Le spiagge più belle si trovano a circa 20 minuti di auto.Consiglio senza dubbio questa sistemazione!

Desuden står der i beskrivelsen at der er barnestol, hvilket der så ikke var..
