In the heart of Chianti Classico, this detached stone holiday home sits on a wine estate 5 km from Castellina in Chianti. Panoramic views over vineyards and hills and a well-kept garden give the setting its appeal. The estate produces wine and extra virgin olive oil, and offers the possibility of wine tasting in its medieval cellars and direct sales of agricultural products.
The garden invites you to linger by the private, unoverlooked pool or cook at the stone barbecue. The 98 m² outdoor pool is open from May to the end of September, daily from 9:00 to 20:00, and has a child safety lock. A garden bathroom, outdoor furniture and a 12 m² terrace add to the outdoor space.
The 150 m² home sleeps up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed each, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed. There is also a living room and 3 bathrooms. A fireplace adds atmosphere, although the property has no heating.
Prepare meals in the kitchen-diner using the gas cooker, fridge and microwave; a dishwasher and coffee maker are also provided. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine are available. A cot and high chair are available on request; an extra linen change can be requested for a fee paid on site.
Access is via a gravel road, and there are 4 free parking spaces on site. Up to 2 pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. For outings, Radda in Chianti is 16 km away, while Siena with its Piazza del Campo and San Gimignano are each 20 km away. Florence is 50 km away.

Very good
