The accommodation
Extraordinary flat located in the heart of La Patacona, on the third line of the beach, which allows you to enjoy the relaxation of a residential area, the proximity to the beach and at the same time, given its proximity to the district of La Malvarrosa, it has all the services of this: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. It is located in a residential building with doorman, communal swimming pool (seasonal) and children's playground.



The 64 m2 flat + 30 m2 solarium terrace is divided into 2 floors and has the following spaces:

-Large living-dining room with sofa-bed, table for 4 people, TV-HD and access to the balcony.

-Fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, blender, kettle and all the necessary household utensils for cooking. The washing machine is in a separate room.

-Spacious bedroom with double bed 150x190 cm, large wardrobe and TV-HD.

-Bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.

-A large balcony with access from the living-dining room, with views of the swimming pool and the sea in the background. It has a table and 4 chairs.

-Solarium terrace on the upper floor, with access by spiral staircase from the balcony. This terrace has the following outdoor furniture: table with 4 chairs, two sun loungers and several side tables. The views from the terrace are of the swimming pool and communal areas, with the sea in the background.



The flat has air conditioning/central heating, free wifi and parking space (on request). It comes with bed linen, clean towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities.

The neighbourhood
The Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. Just 400 metres from the flat is the seafront promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities, trendy restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, beach umbrellas and sunbeds, beach volleyball facilities, showers, etc. In the neighbouring district of Malvarrosa you will find supermarkets and cash machines, as well as the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.

Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities to the north of the city, has its epicentre in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which the Patacona beach belongs. Because of its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of the city: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname of "little Venice"; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery; and Sagunto, a historic town presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.
