The unit has 1 bedroom with king size bed , wardrobe Tv 32 inch lcd and it's own exit to the veranda. 1 bathroom, including Sink,mirror,bidet, wc, and shower . Living room settee bed, lcd television air con, table and 4 chairs.
Leaving room also connect to the veranda where you have a fantasic view of the sea and hills , also space for al fresco dinning with table and 4 chairs The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment needed for a self catering holiday including iron , 4 gas ring hob microwave integrated fridge freezer The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
There is no wheelchair access and no lift.
There are 3 flights of around 8 or 9 steps up to the apartment. Reserved gated parking space ……… …………………,,,,,,,,,……….,,,,, The apartment is less than 2 km from San Pietro a Mare, where you can kitesurf year-round (wind permitting ;-). Appartamento al secondo piano, luminoso e ben ventilato, di buona metratura con terrazzo vista mare. Cucina attrezzata, bagno spazioso, lavatrice. Assoluto relax per 3 settimane, abbiamo anche fatto conoscenza coi vicini (molto simpatici). La Muddizza è una frazioncina di Valledoria con tutti i nego...
