The house is an apartment set at ground floor of a private villa a short distance from the sea (2 km) and from Mount Etna, situated in Guardia Mangano, on the outskirts of Acireale (catania).
A few hundred metres away is the centre of Guardia where all the main services (supermarket, chemist, newsagent, post-office etc.) can be found.
The part of the house used by guests has recently been modernised in rustic style using typical sicilian materials; The two double beds are in adjoining rooms, one of which is in the same general space as the kitchen.
There is a sliding door between the two bedrooms.
The guests can use their own separate entrance, a parking space in the large courtyard, not to mention the 350 sq mts of garden with its own furniture for those moments of total relaxation.
It Is An Ideal Accomodation For Families With 2 Or 3 Childrens.
Owner lives on site, car hire recommended " Mobile Gas stove heating available from mid November till mid April. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

The villa was spacious and its garden, with views of Etna, was a suntrap when the sun shone. The host, Simone, was thoughtful and very helpful and was readily available to give advice about the area and tourist attractions. The property does need some upgrading, for example, the electrical system, t...
The nature of the electrical system meant that showers had to be taken in rotation and use of the electric kettle not advised whilst a shower was in use. The access to the property was via two VERY narrow 'alleys' and not suited to a large car. There is no oven so meals have to be microwavable or cooked on the gas range. This isn't important if you decide to eat out.
