The villa has 4 bedrooms (2x double bed / 1x 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double bed / 1x double sofa bed), 1x bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, 1x bathroom with whirlpool bath, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet, 1x bathroom with shower and WC, 1x large living and dining room with access to the front and rear terrace, Flat TV (with German + international programmes), multimedia sound system, 1x large kitchen with dining area, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven and gas hob, 1x terrace in front of the house, 1x large terrace with garden behind the house with large dining table for 10 people, WEBER barbecue, hammocks, 1x utility room with washing machine. The 4th bedroom and the 3rd bathroom are located in a separate flat with its own kitchenette and private entrance at the front of the villa.

Overall, the villa has upscale furnishings. There is individually adjustable air conditioning in every bedroom and living room. All bedrooms can be completely darkened and are equipped with a lockable insect screen. A modern wood pellet stove is available for the winter months. There is a wall safe in one of the bedrooms where you can safely store your valuables. For the duration of your stay, you have free internet with WiFi.

The villa is located in a gated urbanisation, which you can access with a radio receiver. There is a car park right outside the door. The 3 km long sandy beach is approx. 800m away. The nearest shops are 400m away. Comiso Airport is approx. 25km away.
