The bungalow is located in a complex with a swimming pool and a large plot of land.

It has its own large patio and a garage space for parking. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), bed linen and towels, dishes.
Central air conditioning.
Spanish television, wireless internet.
There is summer furniture on the terrace.
Accommodates up to six people (no pets allowed!).
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
A fine of 200 euros for non-compliance! The La Zenia area has well-developed infrastructure.
Opposite the bungalow is the huge shopping center "Zenia Boulevard," and within walking distance is a "Mercadona" chain supermarket.
There are cafes and restaurants nearby.
The sea is about 1 km away. Property check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
For check-in or check-out outside of company/office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged.

Hosts excellent, very helpful.
There's a problem at the property with cockroaches and silver beetles, informed the hosts and they were going to ask cleaner to check that out. Hope I haven't carried any home with me.

El apartamento esta super bien, la piscina genial y otro punto positivo que esta pegado al centro comercial. La comunicación con el arrendatario en todo momento magnifica. La única pega es que para hacer el check in nos hicieron desplazarnos a torrevieja en lugar de darnos las llaves en el apartamento. También echamos en falta que hubiera mas cubiertos.
