Well equipped, perfect location, would be great if the owner invests in gardening (gras and bushes not cut for months).
Gut ausgestattet, perfekte Lage, wäre gut wenn der Eigentümer die Gartenarbeit regelmäßig machen könnte. Gras und Sträucher wuchern.
