La casa è comoda, spaziosa e il piccolo balconcino permette di vedere il sole tramontare dietro l'isola dell'Asinara... Uno spettacolo.
La casa necessita di interventi di manutenzione come ad esempio lo sciacquone del wc che non funziona, la porta di ingresso rotta, lo stendibiancheria rotto, mancano le posate e ci sono solo 2 pentole...un po' pochino
La raccolta differenziata deve essere gestita diversamente perché lasciando l'appartamento il sabato rimane da buttare ancora l'umido che viene raccolto il lunedì.

Belüftungsmöglichkeit zu gering (ein Fenster). Starker SCHIMMELgeruch. Schränke muffiger Geruch.

Un po' di confusione sulla gestione dei rifiuti che hanno condotto ad un accumulo di cose all'ingresso della proprietà che i precedenti affittuari hanno fatto e il richiamo riguardante ad esso è capitato a noi, ma contattando l'agenzia il problema si è risolto presto.
