Terrazzo spazioso e vista sul mare.
Mancano un po' di stoviglie e ci si deve arrangiare, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi un po' stretta preferibile spostarsi in auto.

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut, da ruhig und dennoch fußläufig zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. des Ortes.
Wir haben die Terrassen (es gab 3!) sehr genossen, besonders die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick.
Danke an Roberto für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Betreuung. :-)
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, man muss ein paar Abstriche machen.

Sehr einfach eingerichtet und vieles in die Jahre gekommen.
Belüftungsmöglichkeit zu gering (ein Fenster). Starker SCHIMMELgeruch. Schränke muffiger Geruch.
Eigene Parkplätze beeinträchtigen den schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig.
Terrasse eingeschränkter Meerblick.
