Just 7 Km from Sperlonga with its characteristic old town, marina and sandy beaches; 20 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Monte Orlando Park with its military strongholds and beautiful beaches.
In just over an hour you can reach Rome and Naples with intercity trains or by car. This terraced villa, with its own entrance, has two floors with a terrace on the living/dining level plus a roof terrace for enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea and life in the open air. Located within a residence, it has outdoor parking with 2 reserved parking spaces.
The villa consists on the first floor of an entrance hall and a large room divided in two by a sliding door with artistic glass.
On one side we find the double bedroom with access to a lovely little balcony with sea view, on the other we have an area with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower compartment.
On the ground floor, connected to the upper floor by a convenient staircase, is the living room with an open kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed from which two beds can be made, and a complete bathroom with shower.
The French window in the living room leads directly onto the large sea-view terrace from which you can enjoy the splendid panorama, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Appartment in habitat of about 20 round buildings along the valley to the sea. In pre-saison it was very quiet with a gorgeous view. Appartment was clean and functional, living in 2 floors. For the week we had no troubles anyway, so was fun holiday.
