Newly built holiday home with its own rowing boat and beautiful sun terrace just 300 meters from Lake Plauer in the district of Quetzin on a completely fenced 450 sqm plot. One of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany awaits you: active vacationers get their money's worth with fishing or diving, kayak tours or excursions with the passenger ship. Plau am See is not only a climatic health resort, but also an extremely attractive town with a historic old town and many great restaurants serving regional cuisine. There are also sights worth seeing, such as the Plau castle tower from 1449 with its deep dungeon and narrow ascent, the well-known lift bridge from 1916 and the town church from the 13th century, which can be seen from afar.

Activities nearby: The slightly hilly area around Plau am See with its colorful meadows and fields, the quiet, green forests and many lakes is a real natural paradise. The Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide nature park is located on the northern shore of the Plauer See. This wonderful holiday region is best discovered on long hikes or during a leisurely bike ride around the lake. There are opportunities for breather and refreshments in between in the restaurants. An alternative to this would be the tour with the Plauer Rundbus - it is best to take the day ticket, which gives you 24-hour access to all sights.

The rowing boat is only available from the beginning of April to the end of October, outside of this period only on request and after consultation with the landlord. Youth and men's groups are not allowed.The costs for charging electric vehicles and electric bicycles on site have to be paid and are not included.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und entspanntes Wochenende. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am See. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und bei einer Frage einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es liegt gleich neben dem Plauer See. Es gibt auch viele andere Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort. Aus unsern Fenstern hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf dem See. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder
