Das Haus war nicht sauber. Viele Spinnen mit langen Beinen. Das Haus stinkt, das liegt an der Feuchtigkeit. Als Sie die Tür öffneten, schlug Ihnen der schmutzige Geruch entgegen. Was uns aber auffiel, waren die vielen Töpfe mit Stäbchen darin, die einen angenehmen Duft verbreiten sollen. Das Problem der stinkenden, verbrauchten Luft ist dem Besitzer also bekannt.

Het huisje was niet schoon.
Heel veel spinnen lang poten.
Het huisje stinkt dit kwam door vocht.
Als je de deur open deed dan kwam de vieze lucht je tegemoet.
Maar wat ons opviel dat waren de vele potjes met stokjes erin die een aangename geur moeten verspreiden.
Dus het probleem van de stinkende, muffe lucht is bij de eigenaresse bekend.

Übergabe des Hauses hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist von der Grundanlage ok und zweckmäßig.
Offensichtlich hatte man einen Wasserschden im Gebäude: es gibt Stockflecken an verschiedensten Ecken bis hin zu den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer. Hier ist der einzige Kleiderschrank mit einem Vorhängeschloss
