This modern and comfortably furnished villa is quietly located near the medieval village of Camaiore on a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The villa has been recently refurbished.
The rooms are located in the terraced house in the upper part.
Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the large breakfast terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the nearby mountains.
Here you can also enjoy long barbecues.
The village of Camaiore attracts with its narrow streets, where you will find numerous trattorias and small shops.
In just A 20-minute drive takes you to the endless white sandy beaches of the long coastline, which promise carefree days by the sea.There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the loose palm promenade.

ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einer spektakulären Aussicht.
Paola, die Besitzerin, ist freundlich und gastfreundlich. Das Haus war super sauber, allerdings knarrt das Doppelbett und ist nicht hundertprozentig bequem. Im Übrigen Top-Lage für einen tollen Urlaub.

een heel gezellig huisje met een mooie tuin en een spectaculair uitzicht.
Paola, de eigenares is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huis was super proper, maar het dubbele bed kraakt en ligt niet 100 procent comfortabel. Voor de rest, toplocatie voor een geweldige vakantie.

Het huisje voorziet in alles maar het kan op alle vlakken wel een stuk beter. Het moet gezegd zijn dat het sanitair er erg netjes uit ziet maar de douche is aan vervanging toe en er komt erg weinig water uit.
Keuken kan zeker een upgrade gebruiken. Bed kraakt en piept aan alle kanten.
