It is composed on the ground floor of a large and bright living area with a comfortable sofa located in front of a fireplace and TV, the kitchen equipped with built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave oven.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, both of which face the front of the house and are kissed by the morning sun.
