A large one bedroom apartment, occupying a prime location on the famous and vibrant Villamartin Plaza. A perfect place for those wanting to be in the beating heart of the Villamartin resort during the summer months. In the winter the plaza transforms into an ideal location for a warm retreat and perfect for golf enthusiasts.

The apartment has a large living room with flat screen TV and English Sky satellite system. The apartment also has a fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Towels and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

The large bedroom includes both a double bed and separate single bed. There is ample storage space in the bedroom and hallway leading to the bedroom.

The living room leads onto a small balcony. There is also an entrance to the main terrace which has a perfect vantage point to overlook the entire plaza, perfect for relaxing whilst sipping wine and enjoying the atmosphere. The apartment benefits from double glazing and air conditioning.

The 2nd floor apartment is accessed via steps located at the rear of the plaza. The communal swimming pool is just 50 metres away.

During the height of the season there is some noise in the evening, but not enough to effect your enjoyment.

In summer, the plaza also benefits from live entertainment with acts from all of over the world. There is plenty of amenities to keep the children occupied of an evening such as trampolines and table top games.

In the plaza there is a large selection of restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes - from a local kebab shop and curry houses to several fine dining restaurants. There is also a great selection of bars - you will be hard pushed to visit all the restaurants and bars during your stay. Equally, there is a fully stocked supermarket on site if you prefer to eat in.

Campo de Golf Villamartin is just a 2 minute walk away and many others within a few minutes drive as well. The soft sands of La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive (approx. 4km) and can be accessed via car or using the local transport service.

The new Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is considered to be the largest in Europe and is only a few kilometres away.

The apartment is non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the main undercover terrace.
